For OSS editions, support is available through the community forum and GitHub issues. Enterprise and Cloud editions include dedicated support channels and SLAs.

Contributing
Conduvia welcomes contributions from the community. Whether it’s a bug fix, documentation improvement, or new module proposal — we’d love to see it.
All contributions must respect the frozen architectural boundaries: boundary concerns in Conduvia, workflow logic in the workflow engine, AI agent intelligence in the agent layer. The three-layer separation is a hard guardrail.
Before adding any feature, apply this test: “Does this feature strengthen the boundary or the operations around it — or does it require Conduvia to know something about the business?” If the answer is the second half, the feature belongs elsewhere.
License
Conduvia OSS editions are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Enterprise and Cloud editions are available under separate commercial terms from Pommala LLC.
Security
If you discover a security vulnerability in Conduvia, please report it responsibly. Do not open a public GitHub issue. Contact the security team directly through the channels listed in the SECURITY.md file in the repository.
