Replay is optional operations tooling — it is not part of core runtime. DLQ is core-but-configurable; Replay is loaded only where operational recovery tooling is needed. Replay operations require explicit approval before executing. Records carry original correlation context needed for the workflow engine to resume or compensate workflows.
